Of the many backcountry lakes I’ve camped beside or hiked past in the Sawtooths, very few offered as many moments of gorgeous light and still water as Rockslide Lake, deep in the southern interior of the Sawtooths. On a calm morning there, I shot this vertical version of this image that’s also offered for sale in a horizontal framing.
